Our goal was to increase local brand awareness and increase online sales. We really focused on developing a person connection with Ben himself. Most local bakeries thrive on word of mouth and reoccurring in person purchases, so we want to showcase Ben and his loveable personality as much as possible. This makes people want to come meet Ben, and for those who have they more likely to support and share online. Aside from Ben, we used audio and video trends to showcase our delicious menu items to reach as many people as possible, as this style of content is easily consumable and shareable.
